What you can expect from the first appointment on.

1. Upon your initial call, two appointments will be scheduled with our Remodeling Consultant. The first appointment will be at your home to discuss the desired project. During this meeting, we will do a project assessment, take measurements and pictures and discuss a design that fits into your budget.

2. The second meeting will take place at our show room to review the design and materials and present your investment figure. A detailed estimate is then given based on the design chosen.

3. Upon deciding on moving forward with the project, you will be introduced to your project manager who will coordinate the project according to the final plan. He will be on site daily and answer any questions you may have

4. Once the project is complete, a quality-control walk through will be done to ensure the project meets the high standard you require and we demand of ourselves. A three- year warranty will be issued after the project is completed. A “thank you” visit will also be scheduled, at which point we will take the “after” photos of your newly remodeled home .
